My Testimony
I have been in the place where you may find yourself now—unable to see hope in what tomorrow may bring. I was broken, angry, confused, and depressed. I knew of God, but I did not know Him well enough to understand who I was or the power He had given me to overcome those circumstances.
There were many moments when I did not have anyone to pour into me or pray with me. I did not always have someone to reassure me that things would be okay or to stand beside me in my time of need. I lacked the voice that could tell me my past did not define my future, and that I was loved.
Because of that, I want to be the person I never had—for those who are facing the same difficult situations I once endured. I know God has given me an assignment to support and uplift those who feel like giving up and have reached a breaking point. This is why I believe God gave me Purposed To Be Powerful—so I can reach those in need and pour into them the hope, strength, and truth that once felt out of reach for me.

Counselor
My love for God is the foundation of everything I do. The more I have come to know Him, the more I have understood His heart for healing, restoration, and freedom. God has shown me that every person carries a purpose, yet many are held back by pain, fear, trauma, or the weight of their past. Seeing people bound by what God has already given them the power to overcome stirs something deep within me.
I have a sincere desire to see people healed and set free from the things that keep them from walking in the fullness of who God created them to be. I know what it feels like to struggle, to feel stuck, and to wonder if freedom is even possible. Because God met me in those places and brought me out, I am committed to helping others experience that same transformation.
This is why I have such compassion for counseling. It allows me to walk alongside people as they confront the challenges that have held them back and discover the strength God has placed within them. Counseling gives me the opportunity to pour into others with the same grace, truth, and encouragement that God used to rebuild me. It is a way for me to serve, to uplift, and to help people step boldly into their Godgiven purpose.
Jeremiah 29:11
I know the plans I have for you says the Lord. The plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.
